Description

This course is designed for students who wish to enhance training in biology with exposure to perspectives from the social sciences and humanities on the social, political and ethical aspects of modern biology. We will explore the connections between specific topics in biology (with an emphasis on local issues) as a life science, as a social science, and as a political science. Corequisite: XFNB 142
