Description

Students study organizational operations from various business perspectives. The course focuses on cost-effective production and delivery of goods and services. Students learn to design, operate, and improve the systems and processes that deliver goods and services through profitable operations management tools such as process flow diagrams, lean management, and decision trees. Prerequisite: BUS 140 or BUS 232, ECN 263, and sophomore standing.
