Iceland Culture, History, Language (IDS 285)

Description
Part of a Center for Ecological Living and Learning (CELL) semester abroad program, this course provides students with an overview of the culture, language, and history of Iceland. Students receive instruction in conversational Icelandic and develop an understanding of the socio-cultural and environmental contexts relevant to Icelandic studies. Field trips to historical sites are integral to the course. Prerequisites: Admittance to CELL Program.
