With experience from MET 364, students continue to monitor current weather and learn techniques used in operational forecasting. Topics explored include: cyclones, anticyclones, fronts, thunderstorms, and winter weather, with a growing emphasis on interactions between planetary, synoptic, and mesoscale phenomena.
