Description
Students study forest stand establishment, composition, structure, and dynamics, with particular focus on the role of silvicultural manipulation and harvest. This field-based course focuses on silvicultural and timber harvesting practices of forest species in the Upper Great Lakes Region. Course fee $50 Prerequisites: BIO 234
