Description
This course focuses on understanding both the relevant underlying principles of ecology and the practical nuts-and-bolts of designing and implementing restoration plans. Students study plant communities, design concepts, assessment techniques, and prescribed fire to integrate theory and practice while planning a project for an outside client. Course fee $50 Prerequisite: BIO 234.
