Description

Students explore the development of the idea of wilderness from the Pleistocene to the present. Course work includes readings, discussion, wild land experience field days, guest speakers, and reflection papers. Prerequisite: Any 200-level ENG, GWS, HIS, HUM, NAS, PHL, REL, or WRI course.
