Description

Using food as an entry point, students investigate the connections between food and religion in world religious traditions, focusing especially on how food rituals relate to religious myths, magic, healing, ethics, and doctrines. Assignments require reading, writing, classroom participation, and completion of a library or field project defined by the student. Prerequisite: Growing Connections Enrollment. Connections Curriculum; Humanities.
