Description
Great for anyone who is a vegetarian, knows a vegetarian, or is thinking about going veggie, this workshop looks at how to eat well with a meat-free diet. We will cover the hot topics for vegetarians - how to get all the necessary nutrition, making environmentally responsible choices, and how to read food labels. We will cook a vegetarian recipe each meeting, and recipes will be provided (recipes may include eggs and milks, but a vegan alternative recipe will be available). Course Fee. Covers the ecological and physical Wellness dimensions.
