Description

This Leadership workshop is designed to enhance your leadership skills toward building rewarding relationships, utilizing your strengths more effectively and fine-tuning decision making skills to generate motivation and execution. Leadership is viewed as a process that is ultimately concerned with fostering change. If you?d like to learn how to make a difference in an organization or community, this workshop is for you. Leaders are not necessarily those who hold formal leadership positions - all people are potential leaders. Furthermore, since the concept of leadership implies that there are other people involved, leadership is, by definition, a group process. This workshop will engage participants in exploring their personal leadership styles through group activities and personal reflection. Covers the social and intellectual Wellness dimensions.
