Description

Telemark skiing, also known as free heel skiing, is a skiing technique based on using the telemark turn. Learn this graceful and fluid form of skiing that originated in the 19th century in Norway. Telemark skiers use gear very similar to alpine skiers, except for the binding, which only connects the boot to the ski at the toes, just as in cross-country skiing. All levels welcome, beginner to expert. Course Fee. Covers the physical Wellness dimension.
