Description
This workshop is designed to give students a basic understanding of canoeing. Topics will include equipment, strokes, boat control, river dynamics, safety, and rescues. Class will meet four times using the indoor pool and Long Lake. Students will be assessed using Ed-ventures level 1 and 2 canoeing assessment. Course Fee. Covers the intellectual and physical Wellness dimensions.
