Description
The preparation of a meal that takes into account the social, environmental, and economic implications of our food choices is an excellent example of how we all can lead a more sustainable lifestyle. The simple act of preparing a meal exemplifies the need for examining the decision-making process we follow as consumers and the impact these decisions have on people, place, and pocketbook. Covers the ecological and intellectual dimensions.
