Description

Get in shape, head to toe, as you increase strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and coordination. The deep breathing, flowing movement, precision, control and concentration utilized in each workout will challenge your body and soothe your soul. As you build a strong core, you'll also develop heightened mind-body awareness, improve body movement patterns and functional fitness, increase strength and flexibility and reduce stress. Dress in loose, comfortable clothing, and bring yoga mat or towel.
