Description
This workshop combines traditional mat Pilates with a combination of balance, cardio and functional training that utilizes Pilates fundamentals to work the entire body from head to toe! This class will incorporate more of a cardio workout than a traditional Pilates mat class. The fundamental Pilates concepts will be taught and applied to a variety of exercises that can be done any where with minimal equipment. Course fee of $5 covers equipment you will keep when class is done. Covers the physical Wellness dimension.
