This workshop will explore the term ?vocation? in all of its potential connotations. Going beyond vocation as a simple synonym for a job or trade, vocation can be reclaimed in the context of its Latin origin as a ?calling? or ?summoning? within one?s self. The process of hearing or ?discerning? these callings (to careers, communities, and places) is ongoing throughout each of our lives. Through readings and discussion, participants in this workshop will engage the idea of a life lived vocationally. Covers the vocational Wellness dimension.
