Description
Throughout Level One, participants learned new skills and insights to help fortify themselves, but in Level Two, participants will learn the tools and techniques to empower groups of people to act on their visions and responsibilities. The curriculum is offered in the fall semester and includes an intensive workshop in facilitative leadership, practice working with and leading groups, and participation in critical friends group meetings. At the end of the course, participants are ready to unleash the power of group work. Contact Stacy Craig (scraig@northland.edu) if you have trouble registering.
