Description

This course is a survey of the natural history, ecology, and taxonomy of freshwater invertebrates, with an emphasis on local animals. Students are required to collect invertebrates, prepare a specimen collection, and gain proficiency in identifying animals by sight and keying. Course fee $35 Prerequisite: BIO 106, BIO 128 or BIO 138
