Description
Students develop a solid background in microbiology and study the physiology, ecology, molecular biology, and phylogeny of microbial organisms, as well as the impact of these organisms on human health and the environment. In the laboratory, students acquire skills in culturing, characterizing, and quantifying microorganisms. Course Fee $40 Prerequisite: BIO 138 or BIO 238
