Description

Microeconomics principles as applicable to individual firms, households, and markets. Theories of the firm, consumer demand, and markets. Perfect competition, monopoly, monopolistic competition, oligopoly. Market failure, neighborhood effects, and environmental pollution. Income distribution: wages, rent, interest, and profit. Recommended for Business Economics majors or with instructor's consent.
