Description
Students develop a conceptual and applied understanding of organizational innovation by examining the institutional contexts that foster or impede innovation. Students also become familiar with the key organizational characteristics associated with innovation and creativity applicable to both for and not-for-profit organizations. Ultimately, students are prepared to manage innovation and foster creativity within organizations. Prerequisite: Junior standing
