Description

Students examine different types of leadership skills used to resolve organizational problems and to achieve the goals of the organization. The behavioral sciences are stressed, with emphasis on leadership and motivation theories. Includes the principles, concepts, and processes that interpret human relations in management at the individual and organizational levels. Prerequisite: Junior or Senior Standing
