Description

Students study the science and practice of mindfulness. Students investigate the benefits of Mindfulness Tools through direct experience including: mindfulness meditation, forest bathing, yoga (physical postures and deep relaxation) and somatics. These benefits include (but are not limited to): improved attention span, improved working memory, reduced mind wandering, along with decreases in anxiety and depression. Course Fee $10
