Title: Outdoor Orientation Student Director
The Student Director assists the Outdoor Orientation coordinator by guiding the Steering Committee, implementing the outdoor leadership training program, overseeing the successful completion of Outdoor Orientation trips, coordinating outdoor trips with other on-campus Orientation activities, and maintaining communications with trip leaders and new students. This position requires participation in the trip planning and training class during the winter semester, availability for summer work-study employment, and program wrap-up and evaluation that extends into the first weeks of the fall semester. Prerequisite: OED 180
