Description
Geocaching is a treasure hunt using modern technology! Learn the complete ins and outs of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and how to use them for the sport of geocaching. Find local caches and learn how to place your own. GPs pervades our society. Why not learn how to use it for fun? We will all use the Wellness programs's Garmin eTrex GPS units. This course is for the beginning geocacher only! YOU MUST ATTEND ALL COURSE SESSIONS IN ORDER TO PASS THIS COURSE. Covers the ecological and intellectual Wellness dimensions.
