Description
This workshop will teach the basic foundations of the Pilates method of exercise and a beginning/intermediate mat routine. In addition, the participants will learn release work and core stabilization principles using a foam roll. The course will also incorporate the use of massage balls, which are small balls that can be used to decrease tightness that occurs in muscles from working at a desk for long periods of time. The class will address common postural problems associated with being a student and give many techniques to stay limber, strong and full of energy. Covers the physical Wellness dimension.
