Description

Build practical skills and knowledge for selecting, preparing, preserving, and serving local, sustainable foods in any season or budget. Learn from entrepreneurial women who are making this their living as well as their life. This is an immersion class series held at North Star Homestad Farms, LLC and Farmstead Creamery and Cafe near Hayward, WI. YOU MUST ATTEND ALL CLASS SESSIONS IN ORDER TO PASS THIS COURSE - THERE ARE NO MAKE UP SESSIONS OR MAKE UP WORK! $80 course fee covers materials and supplies for this course. Course Fee. Covers the ecological, economic, and vocational Wellness requirements.
